These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using SuperBaji's platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using SuperBaji you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything on this page.

You must be at least 18 years old to register on SuperBaji. One account per person is permitted. Accounts registered with false information will be closed and any balances forfeited.
All transactions are in PKR. Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT and card payments are supported. Verified accounts receive priority withdrawal processing within our published timeframes.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus terms are published with every promotion. Attempting to abuse bonus offers will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
All bets are final once confirmed. SuperBaji reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious errors, system faults, or information not publicly available at the time of betting.
All digital game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators. Live casino games use human dealers in regulated studios. Any evidence of cheating, collusion or fraud will result in immediate account suspension.

SuperBaji reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance.
Important: Any player found to have registered while under 18 years of age will have their account permanently closed. All deposits will be returned where legally required, but any winnings generated will be forfeited in full.
Each individual may hold only one SuperBaji account. Duplicate accounts – including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods belonging to the same individual – are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, SuperBaji will close all but the original verified account and may forfeit any balances associated with the duplicates.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your SuperBaji account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. SuperBaji will not be responsible for communications failing to reach you as a result of outdated contact details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. SuperBaji strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform, and enabling two-factor authentication where available. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. SuperBaji will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact SuperBaji support immediately via live chat or email at support@superbaji.plus. We will investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the account pending resolution.
SuperBaji is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, and may request verification at any point in line with our compliance obligations. Standard verification documents include a copy of your CNIC (front and back), a photograph or screenshot of the payment method used for deposits, and in some cases a selfie or proof of address document. SuperBaji aims to complete standard verification within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.
SuperBaji accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, bets, winnings and transactions are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

SuperBaji does not accept deposits from payment methods not listed above or from payment methods that are not registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits – where someone deposits funds on your behalf – are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account reviewed for compliance.
Deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account. SuperBaji reserves the right to change deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
SuperBaji does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your bank or mobile wallet provider if you are unsure about any applicable charges on their end.
Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit to your SuperBaji account and registered in your own name. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and third-party fraud. SuperBaji reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain amounts.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 for all methods. Maximum withdrawal amounts per day and per month are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account and may vary based on your account verification tier.
SuperBaji may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request where additional verification is required, where there is a pending investigation into account activity, or where the withdrawal amount triggers enhanced due diligence procedures under our compliance policy. SuperBaji will communicate any hold reason to you via email within 24 hours of placing the hold and aims to resolve all holds within 5 business days.
A bet is only considered accepted and valid once SuperBaji's system has confirmed it and issued a bet reference number. It is your responsibility to check that all details on your confirmed bet slip – including selection, odds, and stake – are correct before submitting. SuperBaji cannot amend or cancel a bet after it has been confirmed except in the circumstances described below.
SuperBaji reserves the right to void bets where odds have been clearly and manifestly published incorrectly due to a technical error, a data feed failure, or human input error. A palpable error is one where a reasonable person would immediately recognise that the odds displayed cannot reflect the true market. In such cases, SuperBaji will void the affected bets and return all stakes. SuperBaji will not void correct bets simply because the result was disadvantageous to the platform.
If a sporting event is postponed before it begins, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If an event is abandoned after it has started, SuperBaji follows the relevant competition and sport-specific rules for settlement. For most sports, a match must reach a minimum completion threshold – typically 70 minutes for football – to be settled on the score at the point of abandonment. Events not reaching the threshold will be voided. Full sport-specific rules are available in the Betting Rules section of the platform.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day on SuperBaji. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm. Winnings exceeding the applicable limit will be capped at the maximum payout regardless of the odds multiplied by the stake. SuperBaji reserves the right to limit stakes on specific markets or for specific accounts where it has reason to do so.
Betting on behalf of other individuals, operating a betting syndicate through a single account, or using automated betting software or bots to place bets on SuperBaji are all prohibited activities that will result in account suspension.
SuperBaji offers bonuses, free bets and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all SuperBaji bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

In most cases this means checking on your behalf where possible. Reconnecting as quickly as possible minimises any potential impact. The SuperBaji poker room operates under a separate set of poker-specific rules covering rake structure, tournament formats, cash game rules, all-in situations, and disconnection protocols. Anti-collusion monitoring runs continuously across all poker tables and any identified collusion will result in the immediate suspension of all involved accounts and the recovery of any funds won through collusive play.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on SuperBaji. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, pending investigation, and may have their account permanently closed with all balances withheld pending compliance review:
You may close your SuperBaji account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closing, you should withdraw any remaining real money balance to your nominated payment method. Upon account closure, any bonus funds or pending bonus releases will be forfeited. SuperBaji will process your closure request within 24 hours. SuperBaji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where: there is evidence of prohibited conduct; the account is inactive (no login or transaction) for more than 12 consecutive months; the player fails to complete required verification within the specified timeframe; or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance. Where SuperBaji closes an account for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player through their nominated withdrawal method.

Continued use of SuperBaji's platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
